Customers are asked to take 3 simple measurements from the chair frame while the old sling is still installed. Those measurements are the key to making your new replacement sling. We take your measurements from center of the sling rail and add what is necessary for the material inside the rail as well as the hems. We also take into consideration that different fabrics will stretch easier than others do. With this information, we determine your final sling size. |
| Each Replacement Sling is cut by hand for a perfect fit. |

Each sling we make is hand cut to exact dimensions. This insures that your sling will fit your chair perfectly. Once the sling fabric is cut, we begin sewing the hems and sling rod pockets using a double needle sewing machine which sews 2 parallel hems along all 4 sides of the material. Double seams make a stronger sling. Other manufacturers take the easy way out and sew only one seam. |

Our replacement slings are constructed from the best quality outdoor fabrics and UV durable threads available in the industry. The replacement sling fabric we offer is proudly made in the USA unlike the fabric found on import furniture from big box stores. Many other sling manufacturers will use a cheap monofilament thread that will quickly deteriorate from the UV rays of the sun. The thread we use to sew the hems of your new replacement sling is made by Gore Tenera. This thread is so strong it is guaranteed to not deteriorate over the life of the fabric. |

When the sling is complete, each sewing operator double checks the measurements against the original order to insure that we have made your sling correctly. Unfortunately, we are human and make mistakes. Occasionally we will make a mistake with your order. Not to worry. We will gladly correct our mistake. If by chance we have sewn your sling incorrectly, please contact us immediately at 1-866-638-6416 and talk to someone in our customer service department. We understand that you are making a financial investment in repairing your patio sling chairs and chaises. We want our customers to be happy with our replacement sling product. 100% satisfaction is our goal. Patio Sling Store will resize or remake your slings depending on the dimensions required. Please call us right away if you have any questions or problems with your replacement slings from Patio Sling Store. We are in the office M-F from 8am to 4pm central time. We do not answer the phone on weekends. |
| New Sling Rod or Sling Spline Is Included with your new replacement patio slings. |

With each new replacement sling from Patio Sling Store, you will receive new sling rods or sling spline. We highly recommend that you NOT reuse the old spline from your old sling. Spline becomes brittle over time and it will be very difficult to reinsert the old sling rod into the hem of the new sling. Our new sling rod is NOT inserted into the hems when we ship your slings. If during the sling installation process you find that you need a large or small diameter sling rod, please contact us right away. Occasionally we see furniture that requires a different size than we normally send. Just call and we can discuss your needs.
