At PatioSlingStore.com our goal is to provide the best customer service possible. We are a small shop with a limited number of people answering phones, taking care of walk in customers and responding to email. During peak season there are not enough hours in the day to respond to every email and request for information we receive.

Before you write, please take a look at our General FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page to see if we have already have provided an answer to your question. If we do not reply to your email, you may find your answer in the Frequently Asked Questions section of our website. If you are checking on an order please be patient. We are filling orders as fast as we can.

PHONE NUMBER: Our phone number is 1-866-638-6416. We are in the office to answer your questions M-F 9 am to 4 pm Central time. We are located in Dallas, Texas. We do not answer the phone or emails on the weekends.

NO PHONE ORDERS PLEASE! PLACE YOUR ORDER ON THE WEBSITE!!!! Only on rare occasions do we accept phone in orders (with the exception of Homecrest orders.) Please note that all orders, placed by phone, are entered via the internet and all credit card information is processed online as well.

WE DO NOT TAKE HAND WRITTEN ORDERS. Phone orders are exception items and will delay the shipment of your order. The website is automated and shipments are processed more quickly when placed online. If you are having trouble with the website, you are welcome to call and we will assist you on how to place your order online.

ORDER STATUS: If you are checking on the status of an order, please send an email. Please try not to call as we are overwhelmed with calls at this time of the year. Email us at the email address below. We will try to get you the status by the end of the day or the following day.

APPROXIMATE SHIP TIMES FOR ORDERS

Parts orders usually ship within 3-5 working days from the date you place your order plus ship time.
Custom Made Sling orders are shipping within 15 working days from the date you placed the order PLUS SHIP TIME!
Choosing a faster ship method does not mean these products will be available any faster. It only means it will ship faster when they are done so please be patient.
